Flooring Installation in Bellevue, WA
Flooring installation includes the details around the room as well as the floor itself. We install luxury vinyl plank and tile flooring, with removal and preparation scoped to the existing conditions.

For LVP installation, we review the product, room layout and subfloor before work starts. Flooring replacement may involve demolition, leveling and transitions at doorways. Material supply and disposal responsibilities are written into the scope.
Baseboards, Trim & Room Access
Baseboard removal and reinstallation, caulking, door-trim cuts and moving appliances or furniture are discussed before installation. Existing paint or drywall can be affected by trim removal, so finishing work needs to be included where required.
Bathroom & Tile Flooring
Bathrooms can require toilet removal and reinstallation and careful transitions to adjoining rooms. Our Kirkland project shows tile floor preparation over Schluter Ditra and the finished floor. These are tile project photos; LVP project photos are not yet included.
